Tokyo Eyes Summary:
Tokyo police are investigating a series of reckless and bizarre shootings by a suspect known only as "four eyes." Meanwhile, the teen-aged sister of one of the investigating officers begins her own investigation. Having spotted a strange young man named K who resembles the composite, an elaborate minuet ensues in which it is not always certain who is following and spying on whom -- surprisingly, an unexpected trust, and the beginnings of an amorous alliance, develops between the two.
