Your crew is a team of racers that you recruit as you progress through the game. Before you go into a race, you’ll be able to pick wingmen from your crew that will drive with you in the race to help you complete your objectives. Each crew member has unique skills that you trigger in race to give you the winning edge over opponents and help you to make a quick escape when the cops arrive on the scene. Crew members improve as they get more race experience and you’ll have the choice to either develop each crew member over the course of the game or swap them out when hot new recruits come available.
