Pro Cycling Manager puts you in charge of a top professional cycling team. You hire and fire riders; you train them and keep a close eye on their fitness. You hone them for the big events (the spring and autumn classics; the tours of Italy, France and Spain,...) plus hundreds of other racers across a season spanning ten months. Inside each race you micro-manage each of your riders, keeping a close eye on heart rates and energy levels. You let your team leader throw down the gauntlet to his main rivals or you set up your sprinter for the mad dash to the line. And after hundreds of races and thousands of kilometers of asphalt, you Managing Director will look at your results and decide whether he wants to keep you for another year.
